Problem:
The aim was to supply all shut off dampers required for the Diesel generator plants of the KIRIKKALE power station in Turkey, including 4-way diverter.
Solution:
The operation of the damper is possible by usage of a pneumatic actuator with spring operated fail safe mechanism. Moreover, it is manufactured from stainless steel.
Results:
The diverter facilitates switching of various gas routes within the heat recovery system. The operating system enables emergency operation in case of loss of prime energy. The choice of materials makes the equipment maintenance free.
